Features may evolve; material reductions for paid plans will be communicated where practical.
Accounts & acceptable use
You must keep credentials secure, ensure authorised use of phone numbers, and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of knowledge content, rules, and disclosures presented to callers.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in AUD according to the Pricing page or an Order Form. Usage fees may apply beyond inclusions.
Unless an Order Form states otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a licence to host and process content to provide the service.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided with commercially reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, liability is limited as set out in your Order Form or these Terms after legal review.
AI outputs can be incorrect; you must supervise high-risk use cases and configure escalations.
