Self-serve plans
Monthly plans can typically be cancelled to stop future renewals. Fees already billed for the current period are generally non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or an Order Form.
Enterprise
Enterprise refunds and credits follow the Order Form and SLA.
Affiliate clawbacks
Affiliate commissions may be reversed when the underlying subscription is refunded or charged back.
